Level: Medium
Translatable: No selective coloring

Your base image is smaller than the actual canvas. New > Open > 575 x 393
Move it all the way to the right.

Then duplicate the image layer and set it to Soft Light > 100 %

Then duplicate the that layer once more, and then set that to SCREEN > Opacity: 59 %, Fill: 59%

New Layer Adjustment layer > Hue and Saturation
Follow the image: Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Hue and Saturation, set it to +33.

New Adjustment layer > Color Balance
Color Balance:
Midtones: -57, -21, -48
Highlights: -29, -7, -14
Shadows: -8, -4, +30

Create a new fill layer and fill it with #FCD89F. Set it to MULTIPLY > 100 %

Create another blank layer. Fill with #C6C6C6. Set it to SOFT LIGHT > 100 %

Create fill layer again. Fill with #78BEFF. Set to COLOR BURN > 31 %

Create fill layer. Fill with #FF6868. Set to SOFT LIGHT > 42%

New Adjustment layer: Hue Saturation > Hue: -8, Saturation: +11, Lightness: + 1

Duplicate the base image and bring it to the top. Set to Soft light.

Create a new fill layer. Fill with #FFCCAA and set to PIN LIGHT > Opacity 2 percent.

Create New Layer Adjustment Layer > Color Balance.
Midtones: -16, + 36, + 10
Highlights: +14, +12, +19
Shadows: -4, +1, + 24
